This meditation will help you meet and create a deep connection with your spirit guides who are beings of love and light and here to support you on your journey through life. Everybody incarnates with a spirit team surrounding them at all times. Their job is to give you signs, keep you safe and try their best to guide you in the right direction for your soul's growth.
